My friend and I have purchased tickets on separate occasions to see an event, but we want to be seated together. How do we do this?

While we cannot guarantee you will be seated together, we are always happy to try and accommodate seating preferences. Please email tickets@thinkinc.org.au and we will do our best to assist you.


I need wheelchair accessible seating at the event. How do I select a ticket with this seat type?

We do accommodate those who require wheelchair accessible seating. As these seating arrangements are different for each venue, we suggest that you please email tickets@thinkinc.org.au to organise your seats.


Why can’t you bring your tours to all Australian cities?

While we would love to be able to bring our tours more widely around Australia, we can only do so with strong support from citizens of each location and large organisations which might be able to help with a certain level of funding. If you have any suggestions for people or organisations we should contact, please feel free to let us know.


Can I volunteer with Think Inc.?

We’re always on the lookout for awesome volunteers for our upcoming events. We’ll make announcements via our social media channels, including our Facebook, Twitter and specific event pages when the opportunity arises.

Does the Meet & Greet include the main event too? What happens at a Meet & Greet?

Yes, all Meet and Greet tickets include the main event too. Following the main event, Meet and Greet ticket holders will be asked to remain in their seats, then directed to an exclusive Meet and Greet area. Drinks and food will be provided, as well as the exciting chance to mingle with like-minded people. During the Meet and Greet, you will have the opportunity to have your photo taken with the event speaker.


How do I get a high resolution copy of my Meet and Greet photo?

At the end of every event, Meet and Greet ticket holders will receive an email with a link to a folder containing all Meet and Greet photos! If you are having trouble accessing your photo, please email the photo you would like in high resolution to info@thinkinc.org.au and we will be able to provide it for you.


Are Think Inc. events appropriate for children?

Yes, all of our events are suitable for children unless we post a warning about explicit content.


Do you have any authorised ticket resellers?

We have not authorised any ticket resellers to sell tickets to our events on our behalf. Please do not purchase your tickets from Viagogo or any similar website. We cannot guarantee entry unless tickets are purchased through our authorised ticketing website.
